WHAT ARE QUADRILATERALS?

Students:

Look up the definition for quadrilaterals in a dictionary or online.

Provide your own definition for what a quadrilateral is on a piece of looseleaf paper to turn in.

HOME ACTIVITY!

Objective: Create a picture using the following quadrilaterals: parallelogram, rectangle, rhombus, and square.

Example picture:

1. Print the following shapes out (print as many of the shapes out as you wish to complete your picture):

2. Once you have printed your shapes, cut and color them.

3. Create a picture using the shapes you have cut and colored. Remember you can use as many shapes as you would like!

Assignment is due on Friday, April 20, 2012.
